ADDITIONS
Need an open space for family and friends to come together and enjoy the holidays? Additions are a great way to stay in your current home and add versatility.
4 Seasons Room & Deck Addition
476 S.F.

The 4 seasons room is a great option to enjoy the view of the pond and wildlife in winter and rain. The deck is a great option to enjoy the outdoors during spring, summer and fall. The 4 seasons room has given the homeowners another living space. Whether its enjoying their morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day, the new space is very versatile.

Large windows gives an unobstructed view from the 4 seasons room. Upgraded decking material and railings bring the exterior together nicely. We were able to utilize a newer footing system so we didn’t have to disturb the lower concrete patio which can be enclosed for additional storage space. We placed the addition and deck so that the roof lines blended and the addition looks like it was always there!

The wood ceiling, white trim and furnishing bring everything together for a warm and comfortable feel to the space. The homeowners did a great job with their choice of finishes. Well done!
Great Room, Family Room & Master Suite Addition
1447 S.F.

When you have a gorgeous property a great decision is to take the existing home and rework it into your dream home.
We added a master bath and walk in closet to complete the master suite. We reworked the spare bedroom into a work from home dream office. We also updated the kitchen layout, utilized the previous living room for the new dining space and added a new great room and grand foyer entrance. The taller ceilings in the new great room allow for taller windows and abundance of natural light. On the back side, we added a walk-in pantry, spacious mudroom and family room. The cathedral ceiling and large windows make this a versatile space for overflow from family gatherings.
A huge shoutout to the homeowners for a wonderful job on material and color choices. The finishes came together elegantly for a timeless look.
Kitchen Dining Addition
420 S.F.

A kitchen and dining room addition allowed the family to stay in their home while making it more functional. The original kitchen was converted to the mudroom and the front door relocated for better traffic pattern and sight lines. The master bath addition updates the master suite functionality and provides privacy for the parents.
The new layout allows for large family gatherings and the addition brightens up the kitchen and dining space. The sliding barn door separates the mudroom where it can easily be hidden when guests are over.
Homeowner chosen finishes and colors throughout the house give it a warm and inviting feeling as if it was part of the home the entire time.
